In week two for the Rome Wolves, nothing has changed as far as putting up big points and holding the opponent to hardly any points if any at all. Rome beat up on a talented Cass team last week winning 34-0. Friday night versus Lithonia, Rome didn’t let up one bit. Rome would be up 49-0 at halftime and by the end of the night the Wolves would put 56 on the board. Multiple receivers touched the ball and scored touchdowns on the night with the biggest standout being Tinarious Stallings who was spectacular in the special teams returning punts for touchdowns and on the opening kickoff put his team near the redzone. Stallings has exploded onto the scene for the Wolves so far this season.
The Wolves would dominate defensively by not allowing points until the final minutes of the fourth quarter while third strings for the Wolves were in. As for the coaching staff of Rome, they plan to clean up some mistakes and prepare for one of the best teams not only in the state of Georgia, but in the Nation.
Rome will host Carrollton next week at Historic Barron Stadium in Rome, Georgia.
Kickoff will be at 7:30pm.
