Floydell Quinchard Smith Arrested

ROME, Georgia – A man suspected of fatally wounding a 30-year-old man and evading police for over two weeks was arrested and detained in Dayton, Ohio.
Floydell Quinchard Smith, 33, is accused of the murder of Te’Vian Markez Williams on June 27, 2023 at a Dodd Blvd address. Members of the US Marshall’s Office worked to track Mr. Smith’s location with the assistance of public tips and information. He has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail in Dayton, Ohio and awaits extradition to Floyd County.
